Warranty For Parts & Repairs
DraperyAndRods.com warrants to the original purchaser that
products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for sixty days. This warranty extends only to the
original purchaser of the product. Freight charges are not
included.
This warranty do not include any conditions, cover any losses or
damages resulting from (1) abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse,
normal wear and tear, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or
corrosive materials, water, acts of God, and war (2) the color change
that occurs with the passage of time, and/or (3) failure to follow
our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning,
or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or
damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the
same or another window. These warranties do not apply to conditions
caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS,
LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall DraperyAndRods.com be
liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for
any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state.
Claims
You must inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! Customers
have 15 days from receipt of shipment to contact us regarding any
shipping damage. If the product arrives by truck freight and is
damaged you must note this on the proof of delivery. We will not
accept any claims after the 15 day time limit.
Cancellations
Due to our quick order processing there is no cancellation of a
custom order after material has been cut. There will be no charge
back for cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.
Install Issues
It is the customer's responsibility to install curtains, drapery rods, and all associated hardware
correctly. We will not be responsible for errors in the installation
process. Additionally, we are not responsible for any trip charges,
charge backs, or additional install fees.
Returns
All draperies and drapery rods are custom made to your specifications and changes are not possible once your order has been confirmed. No exchanges or refunds.
Drapery hardware, including brackets, rings, and tiebacks, may be returned within 30 days of shipment date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must accompany a return authorization number which can
be obtained by contacting customer service at (616) 394-1430. Purchaser responsible for return shipping.
Terms of Use
This site, and any compilations thereof included on this site,
including but not limited to text, graphics, logos images or software
is property of DraperyAndRods.com and may not be reproduced,
duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for other commercial
purpose that is not permitted by DraperyAndRods.com.
